New Landlord Test Answers

The MRHA is dedicated to working with and educating landlords to make sure they follow the laws and do not wind up in court.  The questions below shows some of the common mistakes that landlords make which can cost them thousands of dollars.  If you do not know the correct answers to this quiz, we strongly recommend you join one of the local groups to learn more about what is required to be a landlord.

Even if you pass the test, it is still recommended that you join a local group to learn more about the ever changing laws in Massachusetts regarding rental properties.

12 to 14 You should join a local landlord group. One or two of those things done incorrectly can cost you thousands of dollars.
<12  You are on a first name basis with your lawyer. 

It might be cheaper for you to join the local landlord group and learn your rights and responsibilities.
